I usually forget things,like missing my keys and living my bag in train..etc.It was not earlier like this but has grown common these days.Moreover i find difficulty in concentration which hampers my studies.Is it a psycological disorder?If yes,then what can i do. I cant afford a psychiatrist or counsellor.So let me know if any yoga or exercise is helpful..
