Due to some disturbance in my social life, my mental state is worsening. I am not able to concentrate at all. I keep overthinking and waste my entire day. I have a very important exam coming next month. And it will decide my future but still I can't concentrate. My stress is building up and i get all kinds of negative thoughts. Also i don't fall asleep easily. What should i do. I tried meditating. Talking to friends but nothing is actually working.
