Im 29 years old....im masturbating 5 to 6 times a week...sometimes 2 times a day....i think its excessive....im a company secretary student....im not been able to concentrate and my stamina also fell down....im very disturbed mentally....please tell me how to control my urge....i also feel physically weak...is it because of masturbation....please help me out and tell me that how i can control it....can masturbation cause urine problems like bacterial infection etc...
