Labial skin dryness and itchiness

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Every time after my periods gets over, I get severe swollen, dryness and itchiness in my labial skin. I use cotton cover sanitary pads (not dry net) yet the problem persists. Kindly Suggest me any solution to this recurrent dryness after right after periods get over. Thank you
