I had slip disc problem 1 year ago,took medicine,did complete rest, presently when I am starting to do excersice , sometimes I can fell a sensation on my left side ass(near the joint point),i do excersice(presently I do RUNNING, WALKING, CYCLING,CLOSE PUSHUP,BRIDGE, LIFTING BACK (IN HORSE POSTION), slightly doing bellyexcersice (not regular),My weight has increased (65-81),(my dad, grandfather's has
diabetes) so i want to putdown weight,what sorts of excersice can I do?is this disease treatble or it will stay with me till my death!
P.f.- A TEAKWONDU ATHELETE I AM!can I do it again or just stop!
CAN I DO STRETCHING ? MOST IMPORTANT.
