Kz soap and liver damage
I use kz soap regularly for underarm odour. I also have fatty liver. I want to know does Ketoconazole soap causes liver damage? Thanks.

Ketoconazole as a drug does cause damage to Liver but it's very unlikely that it can do so when used in the form of a soap.
But I would suggest you do a Liver Function Test (Blood Test) and review with a Doctor.
