KSM 66 Ashwagandha
Have heard the benefits of ashwagandha over muscle recovery and bodybuilding. Maybe not directly , but increase in testosterone in turn helps in muscle mass i believe. WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO TAKE TABLET? Just after the workout in the evening with whey protein or before dinner or after dinner?
