Hi i have irregular periods... So went to gynaecologist, she suggested to use krimson 35 from 5th day after my period, but i forgot to have on that day... Now it is 7th day, can i start it from today also... please suggest Thank you

You can start ocps from 7th days but use condoms for initial 7days for double protection, after 7 days no need.
