My gf last period was start in 16 july and i meet him on 24 july i used condlm having sex with them.bt i fingering i m afraid that she is not become pregnant, on 6 august urine pregnancy test result is negative. blood pregnancy hcg test show accourate result for pregnancy.i blood test is neagative then its confirmed that she is not pregnant

No she is not pregnant because Bhcg is showing negative result.Wait for few more days if not getting period meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding .It will takes minimum 7 days.
