On 4 july is my third day after ovulation day on this day i had sex unprotected and after 3 hour i take i pill...i don't got my period so on 16 july i take a pregnancy test the test shown negative...but i had back pain lower abdominal pain, diarrhea, and nauseous...is this mean I'm pregnant?
