Knot on back

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have a knot on my back since many years... I dont know what it is but it bulges for some days and automatically some mud color liquid comes out of it... This process goes not repeating... It doesnt hurt neither i felt any pain on it... Can you suggest what is it?? Can it go without operation...some pictures are attached for reference...
