Hi dr, i m 38 yr old n my hight is 5.5 ft n weight is 75 kg . From last fews weeks my right leg is paining alot tht pain is from knee to foot n i m nt able to rectify the paining nerve, exactly where it is paining nt able to understand, bt i m not able to sleep peacefully n facing difficulty in standing n sitting works,and there is no swelling at all, plz help me dr. Is it serious issue, wht precautions to be taken.

this is typically slipped disc symptoms. where patient can not identify location of pain and usually distributed over larger area .and also varies with position on body and physical activity.
if u experience heaviness/tingling/numbness of your leg /foot.-more in favour of slipped disc.
also make sure u dont have calf swelling to rule out DVT(DEEP VEIN THROMBOSIS)

This can be onset of osteoarthritis
1) get an xray done when possible
2) reduce weight
3) start Physiotherapy right away that will benefit u the most
4) if not taken seriously it will become serious later on
