Knee tightness during running
Hi doctor , i feel tightness below and obove my left knee whenever i run more than 2km . As soon as i stop running it becomes fine again

Start streching your hamstring and quads before and post run . Also do proper warm up before the run and cool down after run.

You need more conditioning.start doing some strengthing exe and stretching exercises. Use correct shoes.
