If the surgery is not life saving one or an emergency then you should have to consult with your anesthesiologist or general medicine doctor with your symptoms and blood investigation report. Then decide.
Next Steps
Meet a nearby general medicine doctor or your anesthesiologist.
Health Tips
All recommended blood investigation reports and you should be symptoms free ( other than what for  surgery is done) before any elective operation. Otherwise there will be risks of post operative complications.
