My 12 years daughter has been complaining of severe knee( only left knee) problem for the past 7 days. Today she also complained of having pain near the two rear heels. Her classroom is situated on the third floor of the school. Should I take her to a orthopedic specialist or wait g for the pain to subside gradually.

Hi,knee pain in children of her age without a history of injury cam occur due to growing pain, inflammatory disorders, infection or tumor. Since she has pain in both her heels also, she might just have growing pain ( osteochondritis dessicans). Get her checked by an orthopedic surgeon
