Whenever i wake up in the morning my both heal foot pains, and pain lasts for 30 mins and then gets normal, Facing this problem since last 5 years, Been to many doctors but issue not resolved

Does it resolve on walking ?if yes then go for venous doppler
if aggravates on walking go for arterial doppler and
require some examination also to diagnose
