Knee pain on standing suddenly
I play sports. And recently I am experiencing intense pain in putting weight on my right knee while standing right after I've been sitting with crossed or folded legs for sometime. This becomes more frequent and severe on days of high sports activity. What could be the problem? Kindly suggest .

Give some rest and do isometric quadriceps exercise along with some cartilage healing medicines. If not get better in 4 weeks . See some Orthopaedic surgeon. Possibly you might knee MRI then for your meniscus and cartilage status.
