Knee pain
Knee pain during running, squat, and jumping. Under pattela pinch type pain I am a sportsman. My pain was started 10 days before when i run 100 metre race. After the race my pain change into heavy pain. Then i was not able even walk next day. I apply ice on knee for 3 to4 days. Ice gave me some relief but not fully recovered. Doctor gave me Cipzox for 5 days. Its helpful but not fully

Hi !! Based on your complaints it seems like patellofemoral syndrome or acl injury ? However!! Please consult your nearest health care practitioner for accurate diagnosis. You need a physical knee examination. firstly to prevent further injury please brace your knee with kinesiology taping during any weight bearing activity

Hello dear...knee pain because of many reasons...do complete examination of your knee...and start physiotherapy ...take TENS for 15 min and apply ice packs for another 15 min...With proper exercise...thanks
