I am a breastfeeding mother by baby is 6 and half month old. I used to sit cross legged on bed to feed my baby.. It will take more than 15min to feed. After feeding it will be very painful to move my legs. As I try to free my legs from cross legged I will get severe pain in knees, legs and in hip bones. In earlier it was not so severe but now after 6month it has worsen. So pls let me know the reason behind it and pls suggest how to get rid of it some time I feel very tuff to walk also. Before pregnancy I was 64kg and now am 76 kg.
