Knee pain
I am recovering from alcohol addiction I feel weakness in body lack of strength,, now I feel my knees are weak and gives me some pain, I can't stand proper and I felt like lock knees backwards , what is the problem, is this cartilage damage or something else, what should I do, I m facing this problem from 3-4 months,, thank you
