My mother is 64 years old and is having sever knee pain. She had got hurt in her knee but didnt take rest. Pls suggest. Are oils a remedy to it like ginger turmerric oil Thanks

If pain is severe it is advisable to get an x-ray done. She may take tablet paracetamol for time being. I will not recommend oil or massage for severe knee pain.
