Knee Pain/Discomfort
I sprint regularly which puts a lot of pressure on my legs and joints. I might've overdone it and injured the knee in the process. After a brief break, I've resumed running but slight knee pain persists. I've also noticed it to appear when I'm standing for a long period of time (>5 mins). Can I start consuming a lot of milk, vit D tabs, do physio and expect it to heal itself? Any specific advices other than to visit a Ortho would be appreciated.
