Dear doctor greetings I am 45yrs old female past few months I have been having pain in and around knee(attached X-ray) he said the layer between the knees is degenerative and he gave me knee gel injection 12 days back but still the pain has not reduced does it take some time for the injection to work or is there any other treatment for the same awaiting your response. Thanks in advance

It might be osteoarthritis knee joint . The injection is not for the pain . U might have to take analgesics ( pain killers) for pain to reduce
