After yesterday my friend sit on car in my upper leg after that next day yesterday I fell knee pain need Should I do xray or not xray can diagnose it or not ??

Are you able to walk. It may be mostly soft tissue strain If you are comfortable walking, then x ray is not needed..
Next Steps
You can take analgesic tablet, start hot fomentation,  take rest, avoid standing and walking for a long time..
