Care AI Shimmer
Immobilise knee for 4-6 weeks. Apply ice packs locally. Medications like Enzomac and Tendocare will help. Keep affected limb elevated. After 4-6 weeks start walking of knee bending and observe for instability or pain. If present then you can opt for surgery.
Health Tips
No need to take intrarticular gel injections.
