I am Type 2 Diabetics patient, age 35. Since i am diabetics patient will it affect surgery ?

Yes you requires surgery for ACL and complex tear of lat meniscus
Diabetics can also go for that but your sugar level should be normal and go for Arthroscopic ACL recon it's a minimal invasive surgery no need to open the joint
