KNEE JOINT LOCKING
My pattela dislocates and doctor put cast for 3 weeks, after removing cast i did not do physio therapy for 3 weeks, now i have started physio, now i want to know that: 1)will it effect my joint unlocking 2)my physio therapist is manually bending my knee which become unbearable for me, should i allow him to do exercise till i bears or is it necessary to do excess painful/unbearable bending 3)what is the maximum time should a person to complete physio therapy after knee cast
