Right i fell off my motorbike friday went hospital they gave me a knee brace i still can't bend my leg feels like something is blocking my knee , Im still in severe pain all the time , swelling has got alot worse bruising has appeared now

Knee injury with severe swelling maybe due to ligament or meniscal injury. X ray should be done to rule out any fracture. Rest, immobilisation and analgesics. Because of collected blood inside the joint , not possible to bend the knee.
