I had a knee injury and after doctor's advice, I had an MRI scan. The MRI report diagnosed peripheral longitudinal tear in posterior horn of lateral meniscus. The doctor prescribed me HAPID and Ezact 90. I have been taking these from 20th July. In my last visit, he gave me certain exercises. But I forgot to ask from when to start those exercises. It would be very helpful if I get some advice. Presently, I don't have pain and swelling. Only, the knee area feels weak after walking for minimum 5 minutes.

You shud wait for the pain to subside and can start gentle physiotherapy as much as u can tolerate.
If u remain to have symptoms even after the Physio and medication, u might have to get operated.
