I got my knee injured while playing soccer, 4 months back..I was a bit careless through out..though i consulted a doctor who recommended to take Lacartiz and CC8 tablets, it got way better after this medication but i didn't took medicines regularly and my knee hurts even now..just after waking up in morning or running etc..
please recommend something.
