Asked for Male, 38 Years

Hi I fell down the stairs on Tuesday night cracking my knee cap and have a fracture above it. I am waiting to have a cast fitted tomorrow but woke this morning with numbness down the side of my body that the injury occurred going from my foot right the way up to my arm. The pain is excruciating and I have also got a dark coloured swollen lump on my shin. What do you advise
