If there is no instability, then physiotherapy will help. Develop  your quads. Take the help of a physiotherapist.

The photo you have attached of you blushing does not help improve the clinical understating of your knee condition. Please attach images accordingly. That being said, the pain will subside due to rest but that does not mean your knee is stable again, ignoring the tear will lead to early arthritic changes in the knee which will be a problem in the long run.
Next Steps
See an orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and further treatment.

Do you experience instability /slipping sensation in your knee when you do running /stair climbing?  A torn acl does not heal on its own, It is better to get it operated if you are young and engage in sports activities

If it's complete acl tear then you need arthroscopic acl surgery Otherwise your knee may become arthritic later on
