Hey, I am playing badminton for a few years now and have been playing more often in last 1 year or so. I play normally 3-4 times a week and may be for 2 hours or so. I perform light stretches nowadays before playing which I was not doing previously and hence had a pain above my Ankle area. Now I see that I face some irritation while getting up or getting down stairs as it creates some pain in my knee joint. Please suggest me what should I do.
