Klippel feil syndrome

I have Klippel feil syndrome . Since birth i have short neck, low hairline behind the neck, extremely limited range of motion of the cervical spine. Plz suggest something what to do... And want to know am i eligible for applying disability certificate

Unfortunately there is not much that can be done for your.condition. There are.certain procedures that are done in Klippel-Feil, but those are for very specific indications. Neck stiffness is unlikely to improve. You need to approach a Government office and the certificate will be processed through them.
