Kissing infants in face and its problems

Hello doctor, My son is 2.5 months old. His grand parents are kissing him in face near mouth even after repeated request they don't stop( they actually forget).This worries me and gives me stress. Is there any face cream for infants to prevent infection due to kissing.

Actually kissing will result in contact dermatitis or allergy kind of on the skin of baby and kissing will surely transmit infections to baby...So refrain from kissing baby...
