Kindly help me Ankle sprain
I have ankle sprain since 2 months. After 10 minute of ankle sprained i used ice pack and ankle elastic band and after that i took pain killer and some medicines . After 1 days of injury my pain reduced 50% and after 5 days i able to walk ,jump,run but there was still some pain in the ankle and opposite side of ankle and back feet .Earliest days i have done xrays and the report was good ,there was no bone injury . After 2 months till now this pain is still there i have used volini,move spray but its not working. Please look into these pictures there are still pain in these marked spot

Hi, don't worry about the pain, this pain may be the result of incomplete rest bec of which healing is delayed.
Health Tips
Immerse your ankle in hot water for 20 mins and do movement's . use soft sole slippers or cushioned shoes while walking. Give some more days.
