Hello.... As per my Hindi knowledge ,your fathers both kidney are damaged , he is on dialysis from 6 months ,his health is deteriorating , correct me if I'm wrong, its expected consequence , as both kidneys are failed he should depend totally on dialysis, more frequent dialysis is required in this condition ,kidney transplantation is better solution .
