Kidney stones and urinary difficulty
Three months ago, I began experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, predominantly on the right or left side. Following a medical diagnosis, it was revealed that I have kidney stones, specifically 2-3 stones in both kidneys, each measuring about 2 mm in size. My doctor recommended I start taking Himalaya C-Stone tablets, which I have been using twice daily for almost three months now. Recently, I have been facing significant difficulty in urinating, particularly early in the morning or after waking up from sleep. Upon waking, I often feel an urgent need to urinate, but experience difficulty and pain during the process. This discomfort sometimes persists after urination. Interestingly, if I delay going to the washroom for a short while after waking up, the pain tends to subside. Below are my recent reports...
