Kidney stone
My mother have mild pain stomach from past few weeks and and mild urinary problems then I take my mother to gynaecologist they suggest for usg of whole abdomen then they refer me to further to urologist but I don't have more money . So prescribe me medicine to cure it. Detail of stone - Both the kidneys are normal in size, shape & position. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. Tiny echogenic focus of 3.7 mm mid pole of right kidney – Likely soft calculus without hydronephrosis. No obvious calculi / hydronephrosis in left kidney. RK – 8.6 cm  LK – 9.8 cm

Stone is small (<5mm). Urological intervention is not likely required as there is no obvious obstruction in the flow of urine. (No hydronephrosis or hydroureter). Consult your Nephrologist. Through medications and dietary changes, stone can be expelled out or be reduced in size.
