Kidney stone
I have grade I fatty infiltration of liver. Few calculus noted in mid calyx on right kidney, it's in 6.4 mm. On left kidney few calculus are noted. In mid calyx it's of 5mm. Mild hydroureteronephrosis noted. In the distal ureter 5.5mm calculus are noted.

General measures are adequate fluids intake, restriction of oxalate rich food.and nonveg diet especially red meat. Mixture of potassium magnesium citrate (uriliser)15 ml thrice daily mixed with glass of water helps .
