Hi, I have done a sonography of full abdomen which is showing kidney stone of 5mm in ureter and 3.5mm in upper portion of kidney. please let us know the treatment

Basic principles is plenty of fluids
Avoid high oxalate,uric acid producing diet
Tab hydrochlorthiazide 20-25 mg once daily and mixture of potassium magnesium citrate 15 ml mixed with glass of water thrice daily helps.
Urine examination to detect infection if present
A functional study to observe function of kidney is also helpful
