I am Harapriya nayak, my husband is 35 years old, 4 years back he has kidney stone, after 4 years today he fell so much pain, as per the doctor consulting he had 2 meftal spas medicine 1. One tablet he had at 11 am
2.2nd one he had 2.30 pm after lunch
After that he vomits.
Now it's 6 pm is it ok if he had one more MEFTAL SPAS medicine.?

Hello. There is no harm in taking another dose of meftal spas. But if he is having so much pain, you should get NCCT Kub to see stone location and accordingly management
