You will not require any active treatment for these tiny renal calculi. Just drink more water, and can take alkaliser, that may help to prevent increase in size of stone. No medication will dissolve these stones. If they will slip from kidney, may pass or may not. So just relax .. can do 6-12 monthly USG KUB to see start of stones. If they will give any symptoms of increase in size at that time some interventions may be required.
