Kidney infection NewStage
Hi Doctor, I hope you are good doing well. My age is 50 years,I am having low hemoglobin or less blood on my body.As per test report they are saying that in my one side of kidney is having infection.It is the initial phas.Even I am taking good diet also like morning time fruits and jush.then lunch time milk with roti and night time dinner.I don't have any other problem like no suger,no bold presser. Please suggest what will be best for me or how it get recovered from this diesese.So that on my body again hemoglobin problem get resolved or less blood problem because of kidney get resolved..

Hi there. Your problem is not that sever but your description is little vauge. I would need more information to understand the state of your kidneys. However regarding low haemoglobin, it can be easily treated by proper diet and iron medication. Take Tab. Orofer XT 1 tab daily for 2-3 months. It takes time for blood level to increase. In your diet eat green vegetables and 'saag' (spinach) it ia rich source of iron. For your kidney problems you should consult a nephrologist. Continue iron medications and also you can take multivitamin supplement 1 everyday.
