My wife reports tells that she has got kidney infection and she is pregnant. Enclosed is the report. Can u pls advice. Will it effect the her and baby.

The bacteria present in infection is very notorious, must be treated, but only one medication is effective against that, and which is only injectable one, must consult local physician/urologist/ obstetrician, to give IV antibiotics as per culture report.
