Hello...... She investigation report is needed to comment on this... If her blood urea and creatinine is very high and GRF is low sh3 is in end stage renal failure that needs dialysis for detoxification.... She is elderly female with diabetes and hypertension.. That should also be considered. Consult nephrologist....
