Bhai CKD reverse ni hoti lekin yahi pe control ki ja skati ha. Abi eGFR 51 bhi end stage nai ha mid stage he ha . So ab diabetes and BP pe ache se dhyan do and unko control karo. Abi ke lie HBa1c karwawo and BP monitoring karo agar data abnormal aata h to usko correct karo.
Next Steps
ek baar wapas ye investigation karwa lo kabi kabi dehydration state m serum creatinine jada aa jata ha

Creatinine 1.48 aur eGFR 51 ka matlab hai kidney function thoda kam ho gaya hai — yeh Stage 3a CKD (mild–moderate kidney weakness) category me aata hai. Kya yeh thik ho sakta hai?
Next Steps
HbA1c check karein (target around 7% ya doctor ke according) ✔ Urine ACR (albumin creatinine ratio) test karayein ✔ Potassium level check karein ✔ 3 mahine baad repeat creatinine & eGFR Unki medicines: • Glycomet GP1 (diabetes ke liye) – eGFR 51 me generally safe hoti hai, but monitoring zaroori hai • Glura 50 – sugar control • Ecosprin AV 75 – heart protection • Nicardia XL 30 – BP control • Moxovas 0.2 – BP control BP ideally 130/80 ke around rehna chahiye kidney protection ke liye. Agar sugar aur BP tight control me rahe to kidney function stable reh sakta hai.
Health Tips
✔ Namak kam karein ✔ Painkiller (diclofenac, ibuprofen) avoid karein ✔ Proper hydration maintain karein (but overdrink na karein) ✔ Protein moderate amount me lein (zyada high-protein diet avoid karein) ✔ Regular walking 30 minutes daily Sabse important: sugar + BP control hi kidney ko bachata hai. Agar aap chahein to main unka full lab report aur medicines detail me review karke ek proper kidney protection plan bana sakta hoon. Online consultation book karne se hum unki condition ko systematically manage kar sakte hain aur future risk ko kam kar sakte hain.

Hello, Aapke father ka creatinine 1.48 aur eGFR 51 hai, iska matlab kidney function thoda kam hua hai (mild to moderate kidney weakness). Ye completely normal nahi hai, lekin proper control se stable rakha ja sakta hai. Unhe diabetes aur BP dono hai, isliye kidney par load padta hai.
Next Steps
Sugar aur BP ka strict control rakhe. • 3 mahine baad repeat creatinine & eGFR karaye. • Urine routine + urine protein test karaye. • Koi bhi painkiller bina doctor ke na le. About Ayurvedic medicine — please share its exact name. Many herbal medicines are not fully standardized and in some cases can affect kidney function. Until your physician reviews it, it is safer to avoid continuing it. • Ayurvedic medicine doctor ko dikha kar hi continue kare (kuch medicines kidney ko harm kar sakti hain).
Health Tips
Namak kam kare. • Pani normal quantity me piye (over drinking bhi nahi). • Regular follow-up rakhe physician/nephrologist se. Sahi monitoring aur control se kidney function ko stable rakha ja sakta hai. Agar aap chahe to full reports share karke detailed guidance le sakte hain.
