Hi, My father was having some swelling face on 15 march so we did the cbc,lft and kft test in which creatine was 2.1 and blood was 7.5 then we got the treatement from nephorogist and we did test after 1 month now creatnine is 1.2 and blood is 11.45, But my father still having weakens and breatlesness sometime, I an attaching both old nad new report and guide if its all good or we have to do something My father also on 2017 got one cardiac attack in which he got two blockage 75 and 100 but after some time dr stopped medicine of blockage also I am still confuse should i go for heart doctor or what to do here please suggest

Hi Reports noted. Since anemia is corrected and creatinine has improved you must get cardiac evaluation done along with 2D ECHO and Chest X ray.

If weakness and breathlessness is there,  it is better to visit the cardiologist and do a cardiac evaluation
