Bilateral Renal Scarring seen with cyst size 2.4×2.1 cm in mid pole with thin septation in left kidney seen. Scarring seen on right kidney aswell. No calcus noted. Central sinus echoes compact. No sign of lymphadenopathy. Kidney position & size normal. Anything to worry}?

Hi
You might have had kidney infection in childhood or sometimes in past that has resulted in scarring. Cyst will not harm you unless they become too big. Do a DMSA scan to know about how much is the scarring and how is kidney function.
