I am having very bad hairfall and dry scally scalp , can i use ketocanazole shampoo and please help how to use it . Will it increase my hairfall

Ketoconazole shampoo is antifungal and will help you overcome oily scalp and dandruff.It does not help for hairfall.Also scaly scalp like you mention,can be due to other causes like psoriasis too.It is advisable to take up a consultation and send images to guide you further.
